Ideliya Khismatova

Biography

Ideliya Khismatova graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2023 with degrees in environmental science and statistics/analytics. At Carolina, Khismatova served as the co-chair of the Renewable Energy Special Projects Committee (RESPC) from 2019 – 2023. She also co-founded CompostMates in 2020. In March 2022, she was inducted into UNC’s Order of the Golden Fleece.

After an internship at United Airlines in 2022, she landed a job there as an associate analyst for network planning, which she’ll begin in fall 2023.

Khismatova served on the Carolina Sustainability Council from fall 2021 – spring 2022.
