Green Office Training: Making the Workplace More Sustainable

Want to learn how to help your work unit become more economically, environmentally, and socially responsible and become Green Office certified? Join us at our interactive training, Making the Workplace More Sustainable.
Participants will learn about sustainability goals and initiatives at UNC, including the new Carolina Green Office certification program. GO certification includes eight modules focused on recycling, transportation, energy, water, health and wellness, equity, procurement, and outreach and events. Learn how to identify and promote UNC-specific opportunities in collaboration with your colleagues. A strong focus of the workshop will be on “recycling right.” Time will be provided to share best practices across campus and plan next steps in your unit.
