Battle Grove Bioblitz 2023

Join us on the last day of classes for a BioBlitz at Battle Grove, located between Coker Arboretum and Forest Theatre. Sustainable Carolina, Edible Campus, and UNC biology staff and faculty will show participants how to observe, identify, and track the wildlife living in the area. We’ll be using Budburst and iNaturalist, two citizen science phone apps, to track what we find. Battle Grove really comes to life during this time of year so we should see birds, tadpoles, crawfish, and more!
Light refreshments will be provided to participants!
